What’s Umoja Nation?

Umoja Nation is a movement rooted in vision, unity, and a deep sense of purpose—a purpose that was ignited when Xaveria D. Morgan, also known as Queen Oracle Ma'at Quintessence X Beautiful Struggle, partnered with Quentin R. Morgan Jr., also known as Saint Sincere Quintessence Allah, and James R. Boughton Jr. Their union, both as business partners and as a married couple, laid the foundation for what would become Umoja Nation, a legacy of wealthempowermentwisdom, and freedom for future generations.

Quentin and Xaveria’s journey together began in November 2019, when they met as business associates. However, their connection quickly transcended the professional realm, leading to a powerful union of shared dreams, goals, and purpose. Their personal and professional paths collided harmoniously, blending Xaveria’s business expertise and vision for sovereignty and liberation with Quentin’s vision of community empowerment. This convergence would set the stage for the formation of Umoja Nation.

Xaveria’s influence was crucial in the creation of Umoja Nation, though it was not her idea alone. Her passion for sovereignty and liberation, deeply rooted in her desire to see her people thrive, inspired her to assist in bringing Umoja Nation into existence. She worked tirelessly, ensuring that the organization’s structure, including the 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status and the creation of the Umoja Nation Trust, would support long-term empowermentwealth-building, and community development for Black people around the globe.

In October 7th, 2020, less than a year after meeting, Xaveria and Quentin married. This significant date holds additional meaning, as it was a tradition in Quentin’s family for men to marry on their father's birthday. By honoring this tradition, Quentin and Xaveria solidified their union not only in love but in purpose. Their partnership became a foundation on which Umoja Nation would stand, built on shared values of empowermentfreedom, and legacy.

During their marriage, Xaveria was a loving mother to her children, Zahriona, Zahkie, and Zahirah, while also being a “bonus-mom” to Quentin's daughter Navaeh, from a previous relationship. Additionally, ZahirahXaveria’s 3rd biological child, was only a baby when she married Quentin. Upon their marriage, Quentin adopted Zahirah, blending their family even further and solidifying his role as a father to all of Xaveria’s children, thus creating a unified family unit that would work together to build Umoja Nation.

While Quentin and James may have initially dreamed of creating a movement for Black liberation, it was Xaveria’s wisdombusiness acumen, and passion for purpose that gave the dream life. She partnered with Quentin in Umoja Nation’s journey, ensuring the organization’s success, even during Quentin’s 16 years of incarceration. During this time, Xaveria worked passionately to lay the groundwork for Umoja Nation and other projects, dedicating herself to ensuring that when Quentin returned, they would fulfill everything they had set out to do together.

In the absence of her King, Xaveria carried the weight of leadership, much like the goddess Auset (Isis) in the ancient stories of Ausar (Osiris). She embodied strength, wisdom, and protection, safeguarding their legacywealth, and generational mission until Quentin’s return. Her commitment to building a foundation of wealth and empowerment through Umoja Nation and all of their other endeavors was a reflection of her devotion to Quentin, their family, and their future.

The story of Umoja Nation is far from complete, but the chapters we have written so far reflect a commitment to legacyfreedom, and unityXaveria D. Morgan has created the foundation for a movement that will serve future generations, and her journey with Quentin and James is the beginning of something much greater than themselves. Umoja Nation will continue to grow and evolve, serving as a beacon of empowermenteconomic development, and cultural preservation for Black people around the world.

As Xaveria and Quentin continue to build this legacy together, their story marks the blending of family bloodlineswealth, and vision. Their union, and the creation of Umoja Nation, represents the very essence of empowerment and sovereignty for Black people, preparing a nation for generations to come.
