XAVERIA D. MORGAN ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT FROM BUSINESS OWNERSHIP AND THE U.S. WORKFORCE; COMMITS TO COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP AND VOLUNTEER ADVOCACY

Effective: November 2025

Petersburg, Virginia (Commonwealth/DMV) — November 2025 — Xaveria D. Morgan (also known professionally as Xave D. Morgan) formally announces that, effective November 2025, she is no longer the owner of any businesses and is retired from the traditional workforce in the United States. Morgan now dedicates her time as a community-building advocate, continuing her studies in Economics & Finance and Family & Consumer Sciences at Virginia State University, and serving in volunteer leadership roles to support community initiatives, including voluntary support to select entities she previously founded and operated.

“The universe takes care of me. The seeds I’ve sown over the last 19 years take care of me today,” said Morgan. “This season is about impact, advocacy, and strengthening community economic infrastructure—micro to macro.”

Morgan notes that while this status is effective as of November 2025, some online searches, directories, or historical records may still reflect prior associations due to third-party data lag, archived content, and delayed indexing. Morgan is continuing the appropriate administrative and compliance steps to ensure records reflect her current status over time, consistent with lawful best practices and professional guidance.
